The Connector does not prescreen its callers and assumes no liability for meetings as a result of using the service. All callers must be 18 years of age or older to use the service. Callers are encouraged to use their best personal judgment with whom they interact with while using the service. For personal and financial security purposes, use of cell phones and some low-grade cordless telephones is discouraged.

Many local free-to-dial numbers are provided to minimize secondary long distance or other access charges that may apply. Callers please note that these charges are applied by you phone company and are NOT refundable by The Connector. Fraudulent use of upgrade codes will result in billing at the maximum rate for each code used. One code per household. Please. Male callers found using free female accounts may have their access blocked and/or terminated and may be subject to being billed for the maximum allowable rates, plus fees, depending on the violation. Special offers are for NEW male callers only. All promotions must be paid for in advance by credit card (Visa/M C/Discover) or via check-by-phone or Money Gram. Returned checks will be assessed a $25 dollar fee and may be referred to an outside collection agency for recovery. Declined credit cards will not be reprocessed for a minimum of 14 days, and only with customer approval at the time of sale.

As a courtesy to our customers, time limits on purchased packages are not imposed, as to prohibit customers from being disconnected from their conversations. However, customers will be liable for time spent used past their allotted packages, and may be deducted from their next purchase. It is the responsibility of each customer to monitor his/her personal voicemail account. Callers using the system for questionable or illegal purposes will have their accounts terminated and/or referred to law enforcement for prosecution.
