He told me it would be gone for 7 yrs. and he was right. After 7 years it came back. Went back to the same chiropractor and he was then to busy to even take it seriously, so obviously it didn't work. Now it's worse than ever. I've tried Dovdenex, Tazarac Gel. I've heard these are the new treatments and I still feel embarassed to wear shorts. I have them all over my legs. Spot here, spot there. It just covers my legs. The sun seems to help a lot. I must add the suntanning booth did nothing. If anyone out there knows something that I don't know on how to get rid of these I would surely like to know.

I have had psoriasis for about 13 years. Last year, I went to a place called Optimum Health Institute located in Bastrop, TX. I drank raw wheat grass juice, ate raw food, and took colonics 3 times per week for 3 weeks. I must admit that after the treatment was over I noticed a marked improvement--until I went back to cooked food and no colonics. The problem is, I don't seem to do well on diets. My wife had ovarian cancer--or we never would have gone there in the first place. She wasn't able to maintain her diet either and went back to cooked food.
