AGIP F.1 SUPERMOTOROIL is a general-purpose oil for every type of
engine where the manufacturer recommends a multigrade oil or when the
operator prefers to use only one grade throughout the year.
It is suitable for spark-ignition and car diesel even when they are
operating under the severest conditions involving, for instance, high
temperature motorway driving or low-temperature stop-go or taxi-service
driving in towns.

PROPERTIES AND PERFORMANCE
AGIP F.1 SUPERMOTOROIL has an extremely high Viscosity Index which
keeps it free-flowing when cold and maintains high viscosity when
hot. The same grade of lubricant can therefore be used in all
seasons.
Its superior detergent-dispersant properties effectively minimize
the formation of lacquer and varnish, as well as other deposits,
definitively avoiding the formation of the so called "black
sludge".
AGIP F.1 SUPERMOTOROIL thus helps prevent ring sticking, keeps
pistons clean and maintains deposits in suspension.
AGIP F.1 SUPERMOTOROIL is resistant to deterioration especially
that caused by oxidation due to prolonged high-temperature operation
in the presence of air and other agents.
It has anticorrosion properties which afford effective protection
against corrosion by combustion moisture and acids.
Its antiwear properties ensure long life for all moving parts,
substantially reducing the need for engine servicing and overhauls.
Its antifoam properties prevent the formation of air bubbles in
the oil which could adversely affect film continuity.
Its special formulation ensures performance without the need for a
high percentage of organo-metallic additives. This reduces
combustion chamber deposits, thus lessening the danger of
preignition, while effectively containing the rise in the octane
requirement after prolonged engine operation.
