Mr. Abanin currently resides in rebellious Chechnya region and serves as
ECM and EW advisor to the Chechen rebels command.
"If only they [Chechen rebels] took EW seriously, then
we could have disrupted [Russian] troops control and communications to
the extent that our sharpshooters could have stopped troops advance completely,
to say nothing of the tactical aviation role..." -says Abanin.
