Angelina gave an amazing acceptance speech, thanking her brother whom she attended the awards with...and she even brought me to tears. It was very touching and I was very happy for her and all her hard work that is finally seeming to pay off for her. I also caught some news footage of Angelina after the event, and none other than Jonny Lee Miller was standing right next to her when she gave her interview. She was recently on David Letterman and said that although they are going through a seperation they remain very close...so though I don't think they are back together, I do believe they are still very good friends. --January 26, 1999 Ok...so a lot has been happening since my last update. Gia was nominated for Best TV Movie for the 1999 Gloden Globe Awards (airing January 24), Faye Dunaway was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Movie, and our own Angelina Jolie was nominated for Best Actress. Angelina has gotten a lot of acclaim for her role in Gia since the Emmy Awards (where she was nominated but went home empty-handed) so hopefully she'll get it this time! Different meaning she actually discusses her relationship with husband Jonny Lee Miller, which in fact, they are in the process of a divorce.
